The Hyatt Sunset Harbor is a gem where maintenance and overall management are fantastic. The rooms are very nice and spacious, featuring a Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, and double vanities. The service, especially from the Manager Atif Awan, is top-notch. The location is exceptional, offering a lovely and quiet tropical feel while being conveniently close to the airport. The dining experience could be improved due to an early check-out time of 10:00 am, but the classic fried fish is a highlight.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, everything felt like a tropical resort but with a comfortable and homey touch. The rooms were beautiful and perfect for my family of four, with a fully equipped kitchen, clean linens, and a lovely balcony overlooking the Atlantic. The location was exceptional, close to the airport and not far from downtown Key West, providing a peaceful atmosphere overlooking the ocean. The service was top-notch, extremely courteous, and knowledgeable staff who made our vacation experience truly enjoyable. However, the check-out time was a bit too early for my liking at 10:00 am. The hotel provided a wonderful resort experience, but I wish there were more dining options available.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with a huge balcony offering wonderful views of the Atlantic. The activities on the premises were great, but I did encounter a bathroom plug that didn't work, and the open bathroom design with no door was a bit inconvenient.
